We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager. Core responsibilities include mentorship, frequent drawings and design reviews, oversight, load-balancing, and management of small projectsand aiding in the assembly and test of scientific equipment. The engineering team works in small groups on diverse projects. Being a well-organized leader and skilled in interpersonal communication is critical.The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in a variety of engineering disciplines. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembly Technician with a background in the following areas and a minimum of three to five years of work experience.
• Performs mechanical production of assemblies and subassemblies
• Ability to follow current production procedures
• Generation of production procedures
• Works under direct supervision using visual aids, hand tools, wiring lists, BOMs, drawings, and/or verbal or written instructions to assemble, modify, or rework units
• Works well with team members
• Ability to work from mechanical assembly prints, electrical schematics, and work instructions
• Maintain work station, equipment, tools and materials
Reporting to the CEO, the Controller will be an integral part of the executive team and play a key role in the financial management of the company. The Controller will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling internal financial-related activities. This will include direct responsibility for accounting and finance operations including monthly and annual close. The Controller will also be a strong operational partner to the CEO and other members of the executive team to drive forward the company’s mission and success. The Controller is responsible for performing the fiscal functions and internal accounting controls of the corporation in accordance with recognized accounting standards and other regulatory and advisory organizations. Candidates should have experience with both manufacturing and project accounting in a high-paced environment, previous experience in a public company and SEC reporting, and previous management of an ERP system including dashboards, inventory controls, job costing and ad-hoc reporting.
We are seeking an experienced CNC machinist with at least 10+ years of manual and CNC machining experience. Applicants must be skilled in prototype development as well as batch manufacturing techniques. This role will be a key asset in the future growth of the company.
